If you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your unworn, unused merchandise by following the easy steps below (Read further about damaged special/custom order items):
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return form to include in your return package. Please indicate if this order was a gift.
As a friendly reminder, special/custom order PHUNKY products may only be exchanged as a replacement due to a manufacturer's defect or damage during shipping. Please inspect and notify us within 24 hours from the day you receive the items so we can get the exchange in motion! No refunds will be given for these special/custom Order items.
To ensure a prompt and accurate returns process, we ask that you include your order number on the return form. To access your order number, simply log into your account.
If you've simply changed your mind on your order through no fault of PHUNKY, you will be responsible to pay the return shipping costs. If PHUNKY is at fault, we'll cover your shipping costs to return the item(s) back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (naturally). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We ask that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise. We will do our best to process your return or exchange within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Please allow a full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your financial statement.
- Returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of your order date.
- For eligible returns within the United States, include your order number and RMA form (email email@example.com to request). If your product was a gift, please let us know that too.
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in re-sellable condition.
- No refunds will be given without a receipt.
- When we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your refund against the original method of payment.
- Shipping and handling costs, gift and other charges are non-refundable.
